Order Confirmation

Before placing your order, please review your order carefully.
Once payment has been completed and the order has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

At the discretion of Malayishop, we may offer a replacement product or store credit. To process your request, you must provide the following:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Your order number and delivery details

Each complaint will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our team will determine the most appropriate solution.


Shipping Delays

Although delays are rare, any shipping delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or other external factors are beyond the control of Malayishop. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for such delays.
